The removable cover:
Super soft Minky on the outer side + 100% breathable cotton on the bottom side
The inner pillow:
- Removable Weighted pillow with 100% cotton shell to regulate your temperature.
- Weighted with glass beads that mould to your body and apply weight to the pressure points across your body to help keep you cool and calm.
- Includes polyfill which ensures you feel nice and snug and adds to the cosiness.
- We also use silicone balls to 'plump' these up to create a cosy feeling.
Note: Colours may vary from images shown. We can have fluctuation in colour shades based on the dye used in the fabric.

It is recommended that you remove the inner weighted pillow before washing. Once removed, you can place the outer cover of the Kocoono™ Weighted Eye Pillow in the washing machine at 30 degrees Celsius.
Please allow your Kocoono™ Weighted Eye Pillow to air dry.
Payment Methods
You can pay in 3 instalments with no fees. 'Pay in 3 instalments' is an alternative to traditional credit but without any interest, which allows you to split your purchase into 3 payments. These payments will be automatically withdrawn from the debit/credit card you have on file with us every 30 days until the full order amount has been paid. You will only need to pay the first instalment to receive your item.
How to Pay in 3 Instalments? Follow the steps:
1) Add the items to your cart.
2) Go to checkout
3) Put in your name, address and press "Checkout"
4) Press "continue to shipping" + "continue to payment"
5) Choose Klarna as a payment method!

Shipping Process
We deliver with DPD/ Fastway/An Post
Once your order has been placed, we immediately start getting everything ready for shipping. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and an expectancy date.
Our order is estimated to arrive at your doorstep within 1-3 business days in Ireland & UK, but this may vary according to your location.
If your order has not been shipped in over two weeks, please notify us at info@kocoono.com
This may mean that there’s an issue with the fulfillment/delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Return policy for Kocoono™ Eye Masks and Kocoono Weighted Eye Pillows
The Kocoono™ Eye masks and Kocoono™ Weighted Eye Pillows are non-refundable and non-returnable once they have been shipped out. The reason being, they are handwash only and it is not something that can be returned due to hygiene reasons. Our company has the right to refuse returns that are not within our guidelines. We have a 100 day return policy with the Kocoono Blankets.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their shipping and order information correctly before submitting it - we typically cannot cancel your order however if you email us straight away if you mad ea mistake and ordered the wrong colour we may be able to change this before dispatch.
